Leyton Orient was originally formed by members of the Glyn Cricket Club and Homerton Hospital in 1881 and in 1987 the club was officially called Leyton Orient. Their home ground is the Gaughan Group Stadium.

From the North: Exit the M25 at junction 27, joining the southbound M11. When the road divides after about 7 miles, bear right onto the North Circular Road, taking the 1st exit, signed Walthamstow / City / A104.
Turn left at the roundabout onto Woodford New Road (A104). At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit (signposted A104 / Bakers Arms / Leyton) and follow the road round to the left into Lea Bridge Road.
After 1/2 mile, turn left at the lights (signposted Leyton) into Leyton Green Road. Filter left after 500 yards and turn left at the T-junction into Leyton High Road. After just over a mile, Brisbane Road is on the right.
From the South / South-East: Via the Blackwall Tunnel, exit the tunnel and continue on A102 following signs to Stratford / Dalston. Remain on the A102 / A106 for just over 4 miles, following signs for Leyton, passing New Spitalfields Market.
At the lights just after a Car Superstore, turn left into Oliver Road.
Leyton tube station, on the Central Line is only 1/4 mile from the ground.
On exiting the station, turn right into Leyton High Road and cross the road. The grounds floodlights are visible behind Coronation gardens on the left. Turn left into Buckingham Road for the ground.
